Caffeine and Anxiety

How much caffeine do you drink? I enjoy my coffee as much as the next guy, however, when I went through some tough bouts of anxiety I realized that I need to cut back on my caffeine. In fact I have now almost completely switched over to decaf coffee. Sometimes during the middle of the day I might need a little pick me up and I will do 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf. If you don't believe me try it. You will really feel a big difference in how you feel. Watch out for diet soda pop as well. They are full of caffeine.
