I don't care what they say

A lot of stress and anxiety comes from dwelling on what other people say or your perception of what other people think. It is important to remember that you cannot make everyone happy. Remember one sure way to make yourself unhappy is to try and make everyone else happy. Do you find that you are always worried about how you might have offended someone or done something to hurt someone's feeling. Chances are they may have not even noticed what you might or might not have done. If you think you did something, instead of worrying about it approach that person and apologize. More times than not they did not even think twice about the event and they were over it long ago. People tend to put their own views on every situation and it ends up causing stress. Practice not caring what other people say. Focus on being more easy going and not taking yourself so seriously.
