Personal Journal - Relaxation Technique
Keeping a personal journal is an excellent way to get your thoughts out on paper. It allows you to right down the things that are on your mind and vent some frustrations and worries. I also find it interesting to go back and read the journal. I am always suprised when I read and entry from a view years ago about something that I was worried about and I am worried about the same thing. It seems that the worries repeat themselves but how often do you feel that these worries are new and you have no idea how to deal with them. It is important to remember that you made it through these worries before and you can get through them again.
