Questions are the answer to anxiety relief
Stress and anxiety tends to be self inflicted. I tend to worry about future events and my wife tends to worry about things that happened in the past. Sometimes you need to talk yourself out of the stress by asking yourself the right series of questions. Below is a list that I created that helps out when you have worries or anxiety. Without your direct intervention this worries and turn into panic attacks and sleepless nights.
