Simplify your life

A lot of times I tend to over subscrib myself. Business trips followed by family vacations the next day followed by kids parties and then back to work. It can be too much for most people. Remember that you are in charge of your schedule. How can you uncompicate your life to reduce the stress and provide more time for relaxation and doing nothing. I had one week recently when I had a very crazy schedule at work. I had two mornings with 6 am meetings and I was staying up late working on some other stuff. About Thursday that we at 10:30 am my head just started to buzz. I had hit the wall. I knew a cup of coffee wouldn't help neither would 30 minutes on the treadmill. I need some some sleep and relaxation time. I left for and early lunch and went to the park and took a 45 minute nap. Totally different person after this well deserve break. Remember if you don't take care of yourself chances are somethings got to give and your body will shut down and make you take care of yourself.
