Reducing Stress in a safe and comfortable place
Do you have a safe place where you feel comfortable and relaxed. Maybe it is your parents home, a church, a friends house, a favorite park. During times of high stress make sure you take the time to get to your safe place. Even thinking about going there after your day of work or school helps you out. It is important mental conditioning because when you get to the save place, which could even be your home you immediately feel the release and relief from the daily stress.
