Reach out and touch someone - using the phone

Reach out and touch someone, it use to be the tag line for AT&T, I think. It still holds true today. If you are down or stressed out, it helps to talk it out with someone. Even just receiving the empathy from the person you call helps to relieve the stress. Make sure you thank that person at the end of the call and let them know that you do feel better and that it helps to talk it out. Remember, you are not alone. A lot of times you might feel that you are the only person suffering from this problem whether it is stress, anxiety or panic attacks. That is the furthest thing from reality. There is always someone out there that has the same problem or had the same concern and found a way to get beyond the concern. Talking with other people helps you identify potential solutions to your concerns. A lot times the person that you can lean on is a parent, sibling or close friend.
